Binding with very worn calf leather on beech boards, blind tooled with a triple line fillet into a multi panel design with diced center panel with dragon/griffen stamps (Cf. Schwenke-Schunke, Drache 36 "Amorbach Werkstatt III") and anthemion leaf stamps. Some of the leaf stamps are used singly and also together to create a flower design. Vellum guards inside of gatherings. Tawed spine is divided into five panels with a red goatskin spine label gilt reading "Boecy Consol: Philos:".
