Blind-tooled on the cover in a double panel; the inner panel is tooled in a diamond pattern with a triple line fillet with fleur-de-lis stamps and IHS stamps alternating in the diamonds, and the outer panel is tooled with pelican and IHS stamps. Spine is divided into five compartments. The second panel from the top is filled with a red leather label with "Opus incerti in 4 Libros Sententiarum." blind tooled on it.
