Sewn with brown, white and green silk thread with a front bead over a reed core.

Double flyleaf and single paste-down.
Decorative Description: 
Tooled with a single gilt line fillet border, with a gilt crest of a swan between crowns tooled in the center. The spine is divided into six panels, with the author and volume gilt on red leather labels in the second and third panels. The other panels are gilt with a cats tooth on a line roll frame filled with rosettes at the corner and an ornamental stamp in the center. The board edge is gilt with a decorative V roll.
