Decorative Description: 
Gilt over all in a late 17th century Queen's binder style, with a cats tooth roll and a triple line fillet border, to an all-over design incorporating drawer-handle tools, (with green leather onlays), pointille quatrefoil flowers and stylized tulips, and dots. The smooth spine is divided into three panels with the title and date gilt in the center panel from bottom to top, and the top and bottom panels filled with pointille flower design over a green leather onlay. The turn-in is gilt with a double and single line fillet frame with a leaf stamp at the corners. The binders name DE COVERLY is gilt in the bottom center of the front cover turn-in.
