The front cover has the Rose panel (Oldham, Blind Panels of English Bindings, Plate XL, RO. 19), the back cover has a scene from the bible of The Annunciation (Oldham, Blind Panels of English Bindings, Plate X, #BIB 4), and both panels have the unidentified binder's initials A H.
