The front cover is blind tooled in a four panel design; the frames are tooled with a triple line fillet. The outer panel is filled with a wide decorative figure roll with a nude female figure standing on an orb, with large acorns and a half flower on a vine. The second panel is tooled with six small rosettes. The third panel is filled with a repeated impression of an acanthus leaf on a staff. The inner panel is tooled with three large rosette stamps. The back cover is blind tooled in a three panel design, the outer panel is the same as on the front cover, wide decorative figure roll with a nude female figure standing on an orb, with large acorns and a half flower on a vine. The second panel is filled with the repeated impression of an acanthus leaf on a staff. The inner panel is stamped with 15 impressions of the large rosette stamp. The spine is divided into four panels each filled with repeated impressions of a lattice design with spiked Saltier.
