Sewn on four single-raised hemp cord supports with only the top and bottom laced through the boards.
Pink and white linen thread with a front bead.
Sprinkled red and green.
Two blank flyleaves and a single pastedown.
The covers are stamped with the gilt coat of arms of James Hamilton, Earl of Clanbrassill. The spine is divided into five panels, with the title gilt on a green leather label in the second panel. The board edges are blind tooled with a decorative roll.
