Evidence of two blue fore-edge ties, replaced with new blue ribbon.
Decorative Description: 
The cover was tooled with a gilt double line fillet border, now mostly worn away. In the center is a gilt wreath centerpiece.

Extensively conserved, text block leafcast and mended.
