Soup for a Consumtion
Take a good foull with as much water as will boyl it
& make a large poranger full of broth fill its belly
full of Rice after it is boyld take it from the broth
& take 6 pistache nuts & 12 Almonds & bate them toge
ther not leting them turn to oyl put it in the broth
& let it just boyl with it then strain it throw a
fine sive pour it one a tost of bread soacked & serve it
Peas Soup
Take mutton & bieff & make good broth scum it well
than put it carrets pasneps & ounions put cloues
in the ouniones 3 or 4 & let it boyl softly by the side
of the fire than take as many peas or you think
eneugh boyl them in a litle of the broth softly bate
your peas put them in the same pan again & let
them boyl neer half ane hour & then bate them
& run them throw a clean cloath green it with
a litle spinag have a lams head well blanched &
boyld in the same broth strain your broth put
it in the dish with your peas ouer a socked crust
of bread, ut the head in the midle, garnish it
with the liver fryd around the brim & serve it up.
