91 of cloues & some powder of masticke then take a little fine flax & lay it on red sarsenet then strew of powders on that & put a little more flax on the powders then quilt it betweene the sarsenete made round fit to lay upon the head. soe weare it on your head & when you find the strength is gone then rip the silke & put new pouders in./ - 275 S to cure the toothake in a hollow tooth . Take halfe a drachme of the oyle of origanum 2 scruples of the oyle of sulphure, on drachme of the spirit of salt. 2 drachmes of oyle of spike put all these into a little glasse viall & keep it close stoped with wax & it will keepe its virtue 3 moneths w he n you dresse the party greeued you must shake
