49. and mix them, then wet your paper a little, and put a small quantity of powder on the place, rubbing it gently with your finger, and the spotts will vanish To make Red Sealing Wax. Ignot Rx a pound of Beeswax, of Turpentine three ounces, if for coarse wax Red lead, but for fine wax, Vermillion; very fine sifted, an ounce, of olive oyl an ounce; melt the wax and Turpentine, and when they are cooled a little, put the rest in & beat them well together. you may add three ounces of red Lead instead of the Vermillion, and it does the same.
