Note at the bottom of the second recto, "I Read your Worps yesterday, concerning Tompson but have not since seene him, he has bene at kng by this day & I have sent downe 2 or 3 tymes to night to speake wth him, his wife promised to send him to mee, but I heare noething of him. For that I presume he persist in the same obstinancy I last left him in wch was to run the Hazard of wt one night happen rather than be at any charge for that I am sorry I gaue or Worp any farther [] aout him."
