Browse All : Sewn on four recessed cords. Three plain and one made gilt endpaper plus two vellum leaves; pasted-in leather joint. Citron goatskin doublures. Edges speckled orange from a previous binding. Double head- and tailbands worked in two shades of green and yellow silk. Yellow silk bookmark. Spine has a French hollow with four sets of wide and thin false raised bands. Boards back cornered. Lap corners. Head- and tailcaps tied round.
